1. ability to befriend locals
2.  success in learning local language
3.  capacity for learning local languages
4.  ease of fitting into new culture

1.  Cayman Islands
2.  Australia
3.  United Kingdom  (I'd say true outside of the London area which is extremely unfriendly.)
4.  Canada
5.  New Zealand

6.  Spain
7.  United States
8.  Bermuda
9.  South Africa
