PEQUOD'S PIZZA-- CHICAGO //// Patterson was amazed when he saw the deep-dish pizza with a caramelized crust served at this Lincoln Park spot. "This was the thickest pizza I've ever seen. You have to put up a fight with this slice to get it out." You have to wind the string of cheese with a fork. "It's like catching a big fish." //// FAT MAN'S RIB SHACK-- ATLANTA //// "You pick up the rib and the meat falls right off the bone."
