A Question of Chilli or Chili?
In case you were wondering about the spelling of chilli in the last post, this spelling is native to Springfield and credited to the Joe Bockelman who started the Dew Chilli Parlors.
Like Cincinnati, , Springfield has a long-time reputation for its chili and calls itself the "Chilli Capital of the World."
I have had Springfield's chilli before and its ok, but nowhere as good as the Cincy Chili.
