This past October 9, 2021, Saturday Morning Flashback on Chicago's WXRT went back to 1972. That's 49 years ago for those of you counting.
This was a college year for me, split between the University of Georgia and Northern Illinois University so these songs mean a lot to me.

TUPELO HONEY-- Van Morrison I had heard that tupelo honey was considered the best honey around. friend of mine, Robert, from the McHenry American Legion comes from that par of Florida by where the panhandle attaches to the rest of the state which is where it is produced and he got me a bottle of it. It is every bit as sweet as Van says it is.
