One More Oldest Route 66 Fast Food Places Clue

Yesterday, I said that I had found a list showing the oldest fast food  place in every U.S, state.  And, two of them were in Route 66 states.

Both of them are really well known to 66ers.  One is in Missouri and the other in Illinois.

So, what are they?
